Cancellation Policy:

Thank you for considering our wellness retreat organized by our physical therapy practice. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your participation in the event. Please review our cancellation policy outlined below:

1. Cancellation Period: a) If you choose to cancel your participation in the wellness retreat three (3) months or more before the start date of the event, you will be eligible for a 50% refund in the form of credits that can be applied towards another future retreat organized by our practice. b) However, if you cancel your participation within one (1) month prior to the start date of the event, no refund or credit will be issued.
2. Refund Options: a) If you are eligible for a refund, it will be provided in the form of credits that can be applied towards another future retreat organized by our practice. b) Refunds will not be issued in cash or any other form except for credits towards future retreats.
3. Credit Usage: a) Credits received from a cancelled reservation can be utilized for any future retreat organized by our physical therapy practice. b) The credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual who made the original reservation.
4. Cancellation Process: a) To initiate the cancellation process, please notify us in writing by sending an email to info@kimojo-physio.de or by contacting our office directly. b) In your cancellation request, please include your full name, reservation details, and the reason for cancellation.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances: a) Please note that refunds or credits will not be provided for any cancellations made within one (1) month prior to the start date of the event. b) Additionally, refunds or credits will not be issued for any unused portion of the retreat in the event of early departure or non-attendance.
